NFL Football Picks

The Dallas Cowboys are playing as good of football as any NFL team we’ve seen over the past few seasons. They’ll head to Carolina to take on Bryce Young and the Panthers as -10.5 favorites. This line seems really low! Read Jay’s full game preview and get his Dal/Car pick here!

The Seattle Seahawks barely squeaked by the Washington Commanders last weekend which is concerning. Matthew Stafford is expected back for the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11. Who gets the money in this game with a tight one point spread favoring the Hawks? Get Loot’s Sea/LAR pick here!

“He who runs the ball and plays good defense wins games.” This should be the mantra of the Tennessee Titans, who are gaining SERIOUS momentum and becoming a serious contender behind head coach Mike Vrabel, who is a winner. Bet the Titans this week and consider putting down a lunch money bet on the Titans to win the Super Bowl at 100-1. THIS COULD HAPPEN.

This Week 13 point spread is a real head scratcher. The oddsmakers are way off on the Pats/Texans line and it’s as close to a lock as any game we’ve seen this season. The Texans love to chuck it and the Patriots have one of the most ridiculously talented secondaries we’e seen since Ed Reed and the Baltimore Ravens. The Texans run game is ineffective as well. Jump on this one quick before we see line movement that sucks out the value!

The Bungles almost did it last week! In the end, they fell short in a game they probably should of win. As the season goes on, Cinci is getting healthier and gaining chemistry. They also gain motivation by not wanting to become “that team” that went ofer the season. Don’t be surprised if they beat the Jets this week, leaving most scratching their heads.

I hate laying double digit favorites in the NFL. It’s a losing proposition (long term). In this case, we have Christian McCaffrey, who may go for 200 combined rushing/receiving yards. The Skins have absolutely no answers for Carolina’s style of play and their Haskins can’t hit the broad side of a barn right now. He holds the ball too long and lacks the experience necessary to win, much less play well on the road. This game is also a great option to teaser down to -3.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars is undoubtedly the sucker bet of the week. Tampa Bay goes into Atlanta and destroys the Falcons and now they’re a +1 underdog to the Jacksonville Jaguars? Don’t find yourself on the wrong side of this nasty spread!

Round II of the Browns/Steelers bout takes place Sunday, which will garner much more interest from fans than normal, with hopes of yet more chaos, punches and helmet conking. While it’s unlikely anything exciting happens between large men, there should be some action between us and the bookies. Mason Rudolph being benched mid-game last week was a good thing, however, it creates chemistry issues as Devlin Hodges won’t be as in tune with his rececivers, or will he, as most of these guys were part of the second unit early in the season and that’s who he’s mostly practiced with!

We all know that the Dolphins have been a trainwreck this season. However, they have been playing much better as of late. The Eagles have issues as well. Enough problems where this Week 13 spread of +9 has some nice wagering value. Furthermore, I always like fading teams that go from playing in 40 degree weather to 82 degree weather. It’s taxing on a player’s body and can create all kinds of nasty issues that we can use to our advantage. The Phins are one of my best bets and are a live barking dog. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Miami win straight up here.

The Falcons were playing great football before getting destroyed at home vs. Tampa Bay. Their secondary got absolutely smoked by Chris Godwin. One would think Drew Brees and company would come in and serve them up another ass-whoopin, but Brees hasn’t been throwing down field as much in his old and age the Saints barely got by a struggling Saints team. The Falcons might be Week 13’s underdog of the week!
