Former division rivals meet for an interesting NFC match-up when the Lions battle the Buccaneers Sunday afternoon in Tampa. Detroit was expected to contend for a playoff berth this season, Tampa Bay, not so much. But both teams come into this game with just one defeat on their records.

Tampa Bay out-gained the Saints 353-197 and won the turnover battle 3-1, creating a +10 points differential.

The Buccaneers opened this season with wins over Minnesota and Chicago but those two teams are a combined 2-8 right now. Tampa Bay then ran into a quality opponent in Philadelphia and lost 25-11. So it’s a bit hard to figure just how good or bad this team is through four games.
