Key: If you’re confused about how to read these odds, let us explain! These numbers are based on a $1 risk/wager. The number to the left denotes the profit you would make for every dollar wagered. Example: A $10 bet on the Los Angeles Dodgers at 7/1 would make you $70.00. A $1 bet on the Washington Nationals would make you $12.
Our Picks to Win the 2017 World Series:
Fav: Washington Nationals. They have the pitching and lineup to pull it off.
Middle of the Road: Arizona Diamondbacks. They’ve slowly been building a strong team of young pitchers and hitters.
Longshot: Seattle Mariners. The talent is there but can they stay healthy?
Good luck with your predictions!
Previous Season’s
Our 2016 Predictions:
Fav: New York Mets at 10/1. As long as they can stay healthy, we absolutely love this play.
Middle of the Road: Pittsburgh Pirats at 25/1. This group has been together for a few years and is becoming very respectable. They’ve added some nice pieces that should help them make a late season push for post season action.
Longshot: Seattle Mariners at 35/1. The tools are in the shed. Could happen.
Our 2015 Picks to Win it All:
Favorite: Washington Nationals 5-1. So much good pitching that an injury or two won’t even put a dent in their rotation.
Could Happen: KC Royals 35-1. Getting no respect after making it to the World Series last year. They didn’t lose that much!
Longshot: Houston Astros 60-1. All those draft picks and young players are going to mature one day and it’ll shock the world.
Our 2014 Predictions:
Short Favorite: Dodgers 6.5-1. Giant shot if they can stay healthy.
Middle of the Road: Nationals 12-1. All the pieces are there!
Longshot: Pittsburgh Pirates 28-1. Not likely but wouldn’t surprise me. Lots of good young players maturing and ready to bloom.
Our 2013 Picks:
Short Favorite: Washington Nationals 8.5-1
Middle of the Road: Tampa Bay Rays 25-1 (Made the playoffs but got beat)
Longshot: KC Royals 50-1
Our 2012 Picks:
Short Favorite: Detroit Tigers 8-1 (Just missed!)
Middle of the Road: Arizona Diamondbacks 28-1
Longshot: KC Royals 80-1
