• Amen Corner (Holes 11, 12, and 13) – This legendary three-hole stretch is arguably the most famous in all of golf. It’s known for its beauty, its difficulty, and the dramatic swings in fortune that often occur there.
• Hole 18 (Holly) – This finishing hole is a challenging uphill par four that has decided the fate of many Masters champions.

Who to Bet on This Weekend?

Tommy Fleetwood – Top 10 Finish (+250)

In my opinion, Tommy Fleetwood is the perfect play here at Augusta National. At Augusta, the name of the game is proficiency from tee to green. While Fleetwood does not possess the distance off the tee that some of the other members of the field do, his accuracy can be challenged by very few. Fleetwood is a pure ball striker, and his iron and wedge play can carry him extremely far in any tournament, but his game is especially suited for the Masters. Putting at times can be a difference maker in the winner of the tournament, and Fleetwood has shown improvement in this facet of his game as of late if you exclude the Valero Texas Open. In Fleetwood’s T3 finish at Augusta in 2024, his putting was strong enough to keep him in contention. I may also take a small bet out on Fleetwood as the outright winner, and with +4000 odds, the payout would be well worth it.

Collin Morikawa – To Win (+1400)

The rationale for this pick is similar to that of Tommy Fleetwood; however, Morikawa might be the most accurate golfer on the planet, so I am going to take him to win the tournament outright. Morikawa has had a tremendous amount of success at Augusta National, and I am expecting that 2025 will be the year he finally gets over the hump and wins the event. From tee to green, there may not be a better all-around player in this field. Couple that with three consecutive top-10 finishes at the Masters, and Morikawa just makes too much sense. Look for Collin to keep his composure through all four rounds and limit any mistakes that may cause him to pick up unnecessary strokes. He will be in contention come Sunday and in a final push will end up the 2025 winner.

Joaquin Niemann – Top 5 Finish (+500)

There has to be one LIV golfer who comes out on a mission to prove that there isn’t much separation between their league and the PGA Tour. Based on this, I am going to back Joaquin Niemann to prove that point. Niemann has made the cut at four consecutive Masters and has been red hot as of late, winning 2 of his last five tournaments outright. Niemann’s skill set is a bit different from that of my other two picks, but his ability to shorten the course cannot be overlooked. If he can dial in his short irons and wedges, he is dangerous enough with his putter to give the field all they can handle.
