The defending champ from ’08has four top-20’s in five events including a 5th and 6th so far in ’09. Gay is 3rd in fairways hit and 11th in total birdies.
Middle of the Road: Kevin Na 25 to 1
5th at the Sony and 3rd at the FBRwere close calls that could turninto a win this week against a weaker field.
Longshot: Jerry Kelly 50 to 1
Kelly was playing in the Accenture last year, so a trip to Mexico might not be what Kelly had in mind for this week. Jerry is 7th in putting average in ’09 and 18th in the all around rank.
