Sportsbook.com withdrawals a total joke

On-line wagering is becoming not worth the time it takes to receive funds.

Sportsbook.com has become a complete joke when it comes to withdrawing funds.

I requested a payout by check on April 24th and a few weeks ago they sent me an email suggesting I change the method to bank wire due to problems with the check processor.

So I give them all the bank info and they say they will update me when it processes. Yesterday I get an email saying the funds have been returned to my account. Come to find out they have suspended bank wires and now ONLY do check withdrawals (my original request method which I was told to change). Now I am back where I was on April 24th and have been told to request the funds by check in 2500 increments. This has become a total farce....

They've indeed had some processor problems. The trick is requesting checks via courier under 2500. Those are getting paid within 2 weeks Ive heard.

Guys are getting paid though. This is the way it's gonna be for a while at many offshore places.

The good shops still pay. It just takes awhile and a whole bunch of patience.

Taking more than 2 weeks.

I made a request more than 2 weeks ago by check. When I call they keep telling its going in the next batch. Its funny how they continue to take money instantly, but weeks to cut a check. Customer service is a joke, it sounds like there reading from a card when you ask where your money is.:bang:

You will indeed get paid. Their current wait time is 3-4 weeks.

There are only a handful of books right now offering wd's within 7 days.

This is the norm right now fellas. The good thing about Sportsbook and their sister books is that their still at least able to get visa cards to work for deposits so you dont have to jump through hoops to make deposits.

Dont worry fresh, you'll get paid. The times have changed for the time being.

I made two check requests of equal amounts from sportsbook on June 4th

I received an email on June 7th saying that they had been sent DHL

I received the first check on June 13th and the second check on June 20th

(they told me they are unable to send 2 checks at a time)

I have two more withdrawals pending that were requested June 5th, I still havent gotten the email confirming that they have been sent, so I am figuring that those are at least still 3 weeks away...

The customer service is pointless, they all have the same speech I'm sure they are instructed to give any customer with a withdrawal question...
For instance when I called about the second of the two checks I was waiting for, I told the guy that I had received one check and was waiting on a second check... He quickly told me both checks were pending and I would receive them ASAP. I told him I had already cashed the first check, so how could it be pending?? There was no reply.

In their defense, Ive heard stories of them saying it'd be 2 weeks and it showed up the next day.

I hate to say it, but this is a common occurence in the industry right now, not just them.

What's important right now is that your playing with a book that pays. As much as 3-4 weeks sucks, you will get paid. Gone are the days of Neteller and same day payouts. We were all spoiled.

Sportsbook.com is a joke...

Thats not true Kevin. This forum has 129 pages (!) of people who have not been paid, some since February. Its nice to be able to instantly put money in, but if tt takes 3 months to get it out its not worth it. It would be one thing if they gave accurate details on the check processing system, but instead they are lying to their customers. I call twice a week and they tell my that my check is going out in the next batch. If mine hasn't been paid, then nobody else has been paid according to them because it would have gone out with the next batch. Customer service is a joke and they are trained to lead you on. Also, they are picking and choosing who gets paid and who doesn't.

:ohman:

Fresh,

They are processing w/d's under 2500 at a decent rate. Its the transactions over that amount that are super slow. This is a processor issue, not a they dont have enough loot issue.

You cant believe everything you read in forums. One clown said their doubling the wait time to wait for football deposits to come in. I know for a FACT that that company is LOADED. Total b.s.

Dont believe everything you read.

W/D's under 2500 (because dhl, their delivery company wont deliver checks over that amount) are going out quicker than thsoe over 2500 which are in a long line of payouts that from what I understand are needing to be wired.

Yes, it all sucks. There are books that are not having these issues. The bottom line is that it's not a stiff job and those waiting on payouts will get paid.

guys, if you can "afford" to gamble, you should be able to wait! Hell, even my local, makes me wait, until he collects from others... No big deal, time will tell...:beerbang:

just wanted to offer my 2 cents. 5Dimes is pretty awesome. Requested 3 checks and 5 western union within the last couple of months. The Western Unions I was able to pick up the same day. The checks (bigger withdrawls) I was told 5-10 business days. they arrived fedex 2 days later. pretty good if you ask me. class act book.

I have a few pending withdrawls for 2500, I think I am going to cancel one and break it into smaller amounts. Even at $40 a pop I don't care anymore, I just want something...

2 pending $2500 withdrawls since 6/7 (since they cancelled my bank wires)
2 pending $???? to be requested today.

I will update as I can.

I have 6 pending withdrawals for 2500 each.

2 requested on 6/5

2 requested on 6/6

2 requested on 6/7

have heard nothing regarding them since I requested them...

Would be a good idea for them to send out emails once in awhile to update the status of pending withdrawals, would think that would cut down on quite a few calls to their customer service...
