    SBG Global

Hey guys, I was trying to do a withdrawl from SBG Global and noticed upon clicking the Cashier link in the site, it redirects me toward Wagerweb. I suspect they are no longer supporting US players? I assume then I might not be able to get paid, or have a good time getting paid... any word on why SBG did this? I was looking on Sportsbook Review and didn't see anything.

Anyway, I opened an account with Wagerweb and they do not accept a transfer from SBG, citing they are different companies.

However when I open a Live Help session with SBG I notice they ask for account number and password. I certainly do not feel this is adequate customer service as I work for a Help Desk environment and rarely even ask for a password.

Kevin/Gary have you guys heard anything?

I have not heard anything about this. I'm baffled. I'll put an email in and see if I can figure out what's going on. Send me an email to predictem@hotmail.com so I have your email address and we can discuss that way for security reasons.

Without knowing details and if I had to guess (assume), which is never a good thing. I do know that SBG is NOT accepting NEW players. They are still allowing old/current players to play though.

Maybe they are sending their new traffic to Wagerweb an a referral basis since WWeb does indeed take new players.

Either way, I'll send an email to our contact there and figure it out. Dont forget to email me. Thx

Re: live chat. It's very common for username/password to be necessary for live chat in the sportsbook industry. They either ask for it prior to login or during chat.

As far as getting paid, dont worry about that. We've dealt with them for many moons and never had any complaints. You will get paid.

Is there any chance that it was YOUWAGER that you were forwarded to? Those two companies are related for sure.

Hey Kevin, reopening this topic as now my login to SBG has changed. I go to sbgglobal.eu and it redirects me to Important Message and says:

        Important Message

SBG Global is not receiving customer requests from the United States. SBG only accepts play for fun accounts.
If you are still interested in Real Money Play visit any of the Top 3 Rated Sportsbooks below (youwager.eu, wagerweb.com, topbet.eu).

The difference now is that I am not able to access my account at all (previously I could just hit "back" on my browser and log back in and I would be able to make wagers). Now, this redirects me each time.

        Any thoughts this time?

        Happy Fourth!

I had the same thing happen over the weekend!

After getting over the frustration of online books simply dropping left and right - I called them and started the process to close and cash out the account.

I've gotta about a 50/50 confidence factor that Ill ever see the money...but Ill report back and let you know if it was successful or not.
If it ain't fun, don't do it!

I'm hearing that they're unloading all of their USA players. The place is huge. Theyre not a stiff book so no worries there.
