You thought you would never hear me say this. But I am pissed after 5 years with them. They cant withdrawal my money fast enough, it has been 10 days!! I withdrew $5500....I guess that was too much for them to handle!!! And now they limited my bets!!! From having the option of betting 500 on totals and 1200 on sides, down to 100 for totals 300 for sides!!!
I need a new book!!! Any suggestions for a Canadian Customer????

Kevin: We always pay our customers, Kevin. Unfortunately, sometimes it is no longer in our best interests to maintain the highest maximums for some customers. It is a a decision made by Line Management.

Kevin: I noticed that we have already contacted the processor with regards to your withdrawal and that our Accounts Department is following up to make sure that it reached you as soon as possible.

Kevin: I am going to wire the remaining amount of money
Kevin: i think that is the best withdrawal option
Kevin: it may be quicker
Kevin: Perfect then. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure you know already that things usually go smoothly. Every now and then, though, there's a processing error and we have to double back. Yes, right now Wire Transfer is the best choice.
