check out booking outsourcing companies. they will take all your players action through a website or offshore call center and provide you with reports to see how your business is doing. i've used ????????? successfully because it allows me to focus on bringing in new players while they handle the day-to-day stuff. i'd advise that you check out several options because, from what i've noticed, the quality of the customer service of some places can be poor.Last edited by yomonte; 02-18-2010, 06:17 PM.Comment
