Can someone Clarifiy, You get charged money to withdrawl?

I am looking at moving over from Sportsbook.com to Bodog.

Reading some of these topics on payouts has me confused I have always deposited but never actually withdrawn. So if I am reading this correctly these sites charge you up to $30 to withdraw or is it only after one or 2 free ones a month, and check is the best way to withdraw?

    Sorry for the confusion?

My other concern is all this stuff I hear about faxing them a copy of my CC and what not just to deposit, anyone know the point in that? with Sprotsbook.com I never had a problem with just typing in my CC info and it worked fine.

sportsbook.com actually requires the credit card info and a utilities bill with your mailing address on it when you want to withdrawal so they do ask for it, just later. Same with BETUS, they ask for that info when you want to withdrawal Betus charges I think 40 per withdrawal so you should make sure your withdrawal are large and worthwhile.

It's normal in this day and age to pay for a w/d.

As far as id/utility bills go, that's to prevent against fraud and bonus abusing. Believe it or not, it's a big issue out there. Also credit card chargebacks.

Their just protecting themselves and Ive never heard of any issues with handing over that info to any legit book advertised on this site.

Some books do offer free w/d's still.

One book that is totally underrated that offers everything under the sun to bet on is Wagerweb. I think they offer one free w/d per 30 days. They pay lightening fast too.

What about taxes do they have anything they take out for taxes?

what do you mean bonus abuse? how would you abuse bonus's?

they don't have anything to do with taxes. you have to file the winnings on your income tax if you choose to do so.

Bonus abuse would be like 1 guy signing up for 5 accounts in order to take advantage of the 10% bonus 5x.

Playing both sides of a line in order to meet rollover to guarantee profit and that type of stuff (involving bonus promotions)

Nothing you have to worry about.

Purchase a Visa Gift. This is viable option if you bet small
