    Bet On USA

I was betting at Bet On USA for 2 years, and was receiving checks up to November of 2006.. After building my account to around 2200 I withdrew 1500 via fedex. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to recieve my check. 13 days later I still had not received anything. After researching my site for several hours I found that Bet ON USA didnt even have a check processor which means they couldnt even send out checks if they wanted to. After talking to 7 different customer service reps and hearing that their just slow I still have not received my 1500. This was over 2 months ago. If anyone is pondering depositing into Bet On USA they are better off throwing their money out the window while driving down the highway!!!

      Bet on USA

What makes it worse is they had a poker room which as of december just disapeared. They had at least 20000 real money players who one day woke up and their poker site and funds had just disapeared off the face of the planet with no compensation

We caught wind that they werent paying players from the free bonus they were offering so we decided long ago that they wouldnt be an advertiser on this site.

We had them 4 yrs ago or so and got a runaround from management about ad pmt as well.

I have heard that management/ownership has changed, so who knows, they may be ok now but we ain't having them here.

On another note, many books are having issues with payout processors. Most will find one, it's just gonna take some time. Expect slow payouts from many books. Its the norm right now.

Similar problems at sportsbook.com. Withdrew $1,000 and they ended up holding it until I got a message from some "MVP" guy who said they just put it back in my account. So I withdrew the $1,000 again a few days ago. Hopefully I'll get it soon but not expecting to. A couple months ago I made a withdrawal of $500 and got it just days later. Things are definitely changing.

You will UNDOUBTEDLY get paid from Sportsbook.com

Their issue isnt a no pay, they were changing processors which is a timely process.

You will surely get your check from them. Ive caught wind that their processing a ton of w/d requests this week.

Wire is an option there too and Id assume faster as well.

Yeah I worded that wrong. I meant to say I doubt I'll get it as fast as I got the last one. Thanks Kevin.

I also use sportsbook and request a check about 3 weeks ago. I used the live help about 10 days ago and said their check system was down for a while and they had to use bank wire. They said it is in process but due to the buildup of payouts it is taking some time to get them all done. Hopefully once they catch up payouts will be smooth again.

Have you gotten your check yet? I haven't.

I have still not been paid. I had to switch the payout to a bank wire and they told me last week it would process in 24-48 hours. I am starting to get worried...

Got this email today from sportsbook:

The current withdrawal delays we are experiencing are lasting a good deal longer than any of us had anticipated, so we thought we owed you a more in-depth explanation.

As we explained previously, this situation is a direct result of the US Legislation passed last year. After a time, the processors we used for both deposits and withdrawals opted to pull out of the US market which left us no choice but to find other alternatives to get you and thousands of others their well-earned cash. This was where we were a few months ago.

In a situation like this, with your money and our reputation at stake, we had to make sure we were making the right choice for all involved. The new partners had to be comfortable with this task and commit to the high standards of trust and expediency we expect. After an exhaustive and stringent selection process, we eventually narrowed down the candidates and made our choices. However, there were still several factors to keep in mind.

Although this had already taken far longer than we would have liked, we couldn't just send every single pending withdrawal out in one batch. In order to prevent a similar situation occurring, our new partners are forced to limit the value and number of daily transactions occurring. Also, our new partners are located offshore, so our delivery times have had to increase. This is where we are now.

Your $1,000.00 withdrawal is currently in a queue. As soon as it reaches the top of that queue, it will be on its way to you. Although our customer care team is more than happy to help you at all times, there is unfortunately nothing they can do to speed this process up.

The backlog is shifting (we are processing a lot faster than new withdrawals are occurring), but it will take time. Your money is safe and with a company who could afford to take the time to ensure that it was never anything less than safe. We will be around for as long as the US public wants to make the right choices for themselves, and you are making that happen right now.

We thank you and all our customers sincerely for your understanding at this time - it is wholeheartedly appreciated.

                      Regards,

                      The MVP Management Team.
