I check my account this morning only to see that a $250 wager has been placed on "Finnish Ice Hockey." My first thought... my account has been hacked. So I contact their live chat help and explain my whole problem to them. 10-15 minutes goes by of them contacting people, and looking into things before they give me Bookmakers toll free 1-800 number to contact. I talk to Internet Resolution guy for about 5-10 minutes, who then transfers me over to the Claims dept. Of course this bitch can't speak english to save her soul, so after about 10 more minutes of bull**** with her, she tells me to call her back in 20-30 minutes.

(by the way, I missed work over this circumstance. I wasn't about to let this go thinking my password has been hacked with over 10K in my account.

I call her back. And she says the issue has been resolved. No explanation, no nothing. So I ask for the person in charge. (Another one who can't speak english) Gives me the same bull****, and transfers me to Customer Service. HERE I am on hold for another 15-20 minutes. Only to find out that:
Some random guy wanted to place a wager over the phone. SOMEHOW they deducted it out of MY account. How do you do that? Don't you need your Account #, PW, even CC number sometimes to place a wager over the phone?
After all this. The hassle, the worry, the anger... I get whopping 20% bonus on my next deposit.
There was also a minor problem with them grading NCAABB wagers the wrong way in mid November, but they resolved that issue... but still! This is suppose to be one of the more professional books out there? They seemed very eager and energetic to just get me off the phone, and have me go on my way. I just can't believe this.
People always complain so much about Sportsbook being so slow, and ****ty with their payouts. They ARE slower with their payouts, but if I ever had a problem, i was always treated with the utmost kindness. Bookmaker is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a book. Just unbelievable.
