20 * Stoke City v Blackburn - Stoke City to win @ 1.80
If you asked me how I felt about this game four weeks ago I would've said I'm 110% confident that Stoke would win. How things have changed, Stoke are coming off the back of a home defeat to QPR of all teams. (I loved every moment of it though I must admit) Blackburn's form has been good. They have played rather well away from home with 3 draws in the last 4, however I believe this is the tougher test. Stoke have lost their last four in a row. Historically in their previous three encounters at Stoke - Stoke has a perfect winning record. Stokes fans and Tony Pulis can't afford a lost against Blackburn and they need to make the Britannia a fortress especially if they are looking to finish in the top half. Also on another note - Stoke didn't play in Europe this week and I think that has affected the team this season with the heavy scheduling I think a bounce back is on the cards. 2-0 win for Stoke.
Lets get in some of the Euro picks before going back to the UK.
Italian Serie B
10 * Sassuolo v Padova - Sassuolo to win @ 2.30
10 * Torino v Livorno - Torino to win @ 1.80
Germany Bundesliga 1
20 * Hoffenheim v Freiburg - Hoffenheim to win @ 1.70
I was interested in the Dortmund game but decided against it after they had their European clash with Arsenal. That is the game I'm most looking forward to watching.
Apologies for the way I've been managing this thread lately with record updates.

Chelsea need a 0-0 draw or a win here to go through to the next round. I cant see a 0-0 draw down to the fact that Chelsea are shaky at the back but the good news is they are coming off a good away win at Newcastle even though 2 of those goals came in garbage time. Stuttridge looked good every time him and Mata got the ball they looked dangerous to be honest the game should have been over before half time but goalkepper Tim Krul kept them in it.
Valencia rested a lot of the key players this weekend for this game a luxury Chelsea couldn't afford, Villas-Boas is keen to let us know there is no pressure on him should this game not go his way, but with that said I'm sure Roman wouldn't be happy getting knocked out of the Champions league this early. Chelsea win 2-1. I think Mata is going to be in top form for this game he was fantastic against Newcastle on the weekend and it looks like his found himself in this system. Against his former team he will be keen to impress.
Good win last night, gotta update the records soon will do this after the Champs league games tonight.
European Champions League
30 * Man City v Bayern Munich - Man City to win @ 1.67
City come into this game with a lot of confidence as well as a fully fit squad. Leaving Mancini with a mass amount of options, a win is needed here to advance to the next round.
Bayern enter this game on a different note their form has been ok but they have lost 2 of their last 5 in all comps. A week or so back against Mainz we had a surprise as well as the big loss against Dortmund.
Injuries and illness are a concern as well for Munich Gomez and Muller are in doubt with the flu. They however both made the trip over to the UK whilst influential playmaker Robben stayed behind.
Munich have secured their place in the round of 16. The pressure is on City to perform tonight and I expect they will, however will Napoli beat Villareal I think they will.
City win 3-1
20 * Villareal v Napoli - Napoli to win @ 1.91
Napoli need a win plain and simple, star players were rested during the weekend, on the other hand Villarreal fate in the competition has been sealed for a long time. Nilmar returned on the weekend in league competition. I can honestly see him being rested for this as they prepare for Sociedad this weekend.
Napoli run out winners thus ruining any chance for City.
