JoePa's BMW Championship Picks
No fruits for my labors last weekend, so let's get right back at the FedEx playoffs and the third leg at the BMW Championship in Colorado. I thought attitude was everything, but this week it's altitude which can be the great equalizer.
SERGIO GARCIA - 4/1 TOP 5 FINISH - After a week off Sergio brings his 23rd FedEx standings to Cherry Hill. He's currently 2nd in strokes gained from tee to green and is 4th in scrambling. It's been nice year for the Spaniard.
RICKIE FOWLER - 7/2 TOP 5 FINISH - T23rd at the Deutsche Bank Championship ending a streak of Top 10s at six (6). He's currently ranked 58th in strokes gained tee to green but his putting has really put him amongst the leaders on the scoreboard.
BILL HAAS - 6/1 TOP 5 FINISH - One of only two golfers in the FedEx playoffs with Top 15s in the first two rounds of the FedEx playoffs. Ranked 2nd in ball striking and all-around at the Deutsche Bank.
CHRIS KIRK - 8/1 TOP 5 FINISH - Ranked T3rd in proximity, 5th in strokes gained putting and 4th in scrambling last week which earned him the DBC title.
JOHN SENDEN - 10/1 TOP 5 FINISH - T5th at TPC Boston where he was T1st in GIR, 2nd in strokes gained from tee to green and 9th in scrambling. He also T22nd at the Barclays so he's been working his way up the FedEx leaderboards.
