2011 Pebble Beach National Pro Am

Better late than never, found some lines for the second round thanks to our friends @ BetUs.

Hopefully DJ can turn things around today, with a one over 71 yesterday he just couldn't get the putter together. He averaged 1.929 PIR. Way below his capability. His solid birdie on the 18th should carry over today as he has a match against Pat perez who went 2 birdies and 5 bogeys giving him a 73. I'm sure both golfers will turn it around today. However, Perez doesn't exactly "light it up" going with a 62% GIR. Brutal for Pebble which gives recovery to the green to almost zero. I like the all around play of DJ.

    Johnson -175 over Perez...............................2 units.

Going with the dog here. Byrd has been quite steady so far in the early season. Today pits him against Lefty. How dare I bet him over Phil, eh?? Seeing the play of Phil yesterday has me scratching my head. Could the celebrity your playing with factor in?? Hell yes it does.

    Byrd +105 over Mickelson............................1 unit.

    Gay +145 over Watney................................1 unit.

    Singh -185 over Duval..................................1 unit.

Mahan -125 over Van Pelt............................1 unit.

GL today, watching the last match on Dubai. Garcia is playing his best in at least a decade, wow!!

Can't get a feel on the Mickelson match-up, hate to bet 2 units to win one. So he's a no play today.GL:thumbs:

Went 2-3 on Friday, should have really had a big play on Johnson. Perez just hacked. The others no that I reflect on it were a definite reach. Hope to turn it around today.

2-2 Saturday, betting Rollins? What the hell was I thinking?? Sunday's final.........

Catching Lunde in a good value spot IMO, guy lit it up saturday. I always value solid veteran players on the final day.
        Appleby +100 over Lunde................1 unit.

Not sure Phil about Phil, Hunter has been playing solid all week. Just going with the better set of clubs this week and Mahan's the one holding 'em.
        Mahan +100 over Mickelson.............1 unit.

        Bads -125 over Cejka......................1 unit.

I like Points in his match-up even though he's playing with professional clown/comedian Bill Murray. I think Murray wants to finally win this thing and will tone it down a notch, Points is also high on the leaderboard as the Pro in the group. Good value here even though I'm giving some juice.

        Points -130 over Walker....................2 units.

        Marino -110 over Molder..................1 unit.

        GL and enjoy!
