Definitely agreed FF... the way the teams play in the play offs is much much difference. So far the playoffs have treated us well with somewhat predictable calls, even though some games have been nailbiters.

Please Padres, do it for me in the 9th baby lol.

regular season is a tough nut to crack at times. it is really unpredictable just like any sport that goes 400 days of regular season action. and these playoffs haven't been this way the last couple years. this is the first year where things have kind of gone according to plan. i mean in all honesty, it's not like you went out on a limb tonight with SAN........lol....

yea i know it wasnt really going out on a limb but it was against a 1 seed, even though the 1 seed might not be the be the best team....

i don't know.......i may sit out the BUF game or take BUF......i may sit out the ANA game as well....i think the game4's are the least predictable of them all.....i may look at some team totals actually......not laying big juice with ANA, though, that is for sure. Will hope for certain results to set up game5 plays actually......

yea my early thoughts were BUF....

I really have no feel for that ANA series...may take a look at the totals tomorrow night... gonna watch AI play now, tryin to win the Nugs and Under bet, havent paid any attention to it all night

i could see the NYR game going either way honestly. I don't think BUF has played a complete game yet. Might keep playing BUF until they win again, as well....

wouldn't it be nice if PHI got back to playing playoff hockey like they did in the late 90's early 2000's. i still haven't recovered from that 3-1 meltdown vs. NJD in like 2000....stevens made lindros bleed like in sega NHL1995...lol

that 3-1 meltdown was just another classic Philadelphia sports history meltdown, that hit on Lindros was like the hit that turned the Devils into a dynasty and turned the Flyers into, well the Flyers... Hopefully next year when we make some moves in the off-season, we will have some thing to cheer for:nuts:

I just remember there have been so many Flyers team from 95 till the lockout year where i thought the Flyers were going to be unstoppable and win the CUP and it seems there is always something they run into...

Scott Stevens, The Red Wings Speed, Khabibulin, ****ty Goaltending, ****ty Coaching, ****ty trades... I figured one of those years with all that talent they shoulda had at least 1 cup
