GL, BB....like the 'Canes!

Canucks off a long, long roadtrip in their first home game back....a no-no in FF's mind, but they've actually been pretty good in that spot. Hope they win!

you know, it's just a horrible spot for teams. when you hear coach after coach and player after player talk about it, you have to put some creedence in it. doesn't mean it's right all the time, but i never understood trying to bet into a low odds proposition. same stance with betting small road favorites in hoops. numbers are horrible in that area, so why would you try and fish in a pond with only a couple of fish in it versus fishing in a well stocked lake. i personally like ANA tonight except for the fact that VAN has been getting just out there goaltending and ANA hasn't. ANA won't win that game 2-1. It's a no play for me.

But if you made a habit of playing teams in that spot, you are going to get ****canned in the long run and that is a 100% fact. But i don't think BB caps anything like that and most of his stuff is where is the public stuff so i don't think that is a concern to him.

With so few games left and trying to stay ahead of Calgary and Chicago, I thought the road trip thing would be a little oversold. Actually I think the line was begging people to bet that way. Anyway, Vancouver blew a huge lead and lost in OT. Push for me. 1-0-1 for night.
