Think it's gonna be a west team for sure, only team in east may b devils right now

Out the west Detroit would seem like an obvious favorite but pending injuries sharks this year all the way... Shark Detroit in conference showdown

I would break it down to 3 seperate categories. 1. No Cance 2. Could make a run 3. championship contender.

      EAST:
      Championship Contenders:
      1. New Jersey ---> Totall package off and deff with the best goalie in the NHL.
      2. Boston ---> Same with WAS but fernandez/Thomas/Rask are all better then Theodore.

      Could Make A Run:
      3. Washington --->goaltending, its the only thing stopping me from moving them up.
      4. Montreal --->Inconsistant but if the get roalling they could do damage.
      5. New York Rangers --->Lunny can take them as far as he wants on his own.
      6. Philadelphia ---> Just too many weak spots but deffinatly capable of making a run.

      No Chance:
      7. Pittsburgh ---> Depth issues.
      8. Florida ---> Too young, maybe in the coming years.
      9. Carolina ---> Way to inconsitant.
10 Buffalo ---> Dont even think they make it into the playoffs forget a run at the cup.

      WEST:
      Championship Contenders:
San Jose ---> When Nabokov gets back theyll be in top form once again.
Calgary ---> They trully have it all from goaltending right up to the forwards. all solid.

      Could Make A Run:
Detroit ---> They might have the worst goaltending tandem in the league.
Chicago ---> As much as i like them dont think they have what it takes yet.
Vancouver ---> With Bobby between the pipes they can go a long way.

      No Chance:
Columbus/Edmonton/Dallas/STL ---> The top half is just too strong. Yes one can upset but for one of these teams to get through SJ, Detroit CAL CHI and Vancouver is gonna be next to impossible IMO.

Was it not me who came on here before the season talking about how underrated the Nucks were...

That being said, my pick is the Flames. Only problem there may be goaltending and defence.

San Jose over Boston in 6
            Overall Records

Each play is to win the # of units posted unless it's a dog then I'm betting that amount.
