Posting a little early today as I deal with a water line break in my front yard. I could not get a quote under $1600 to fix it, so I started digging yesterday. The plumbers complain about my trees and landscaping being in the way and they want to bullodze my yard. Ummm, no.

I mean it is only a pvc pipe with a leak. How hard can it be to fix? Well, in six hours yesterday I dug out about 4 feet of water line, and cut down one tree and removed it's stump.

Hopefully, my pick season will not continue to drown like my front yard. Here we go:

WEEK 11

The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the water is running! My water line is fixed thanks to the Shark Bite attachment. You basically just slide it on. I spent $50 on the shark bite, a new fiberglass shovel and a pair of gloves and my lowest plumbing quote was $1600. I told myself that if I was able to fix it that I would spend some of my savings on a conceal and carry gun.

Well, I avoided disaster during Week 13. Yes, it was still a losing week, but just barely. I could see going 0-6 and blowing all of my seasonal gains. The Giants kill me. I heard today that they have been in the lead entering more quarters than any team in football. But they have a 5-7 record. Go figure.........
