First thoughts are that the Ravens will give Justin Forsett the start on Thursday with Pierce backing him up. I assume when Pierce gets out of the doghouse (benched in 1q for fumbling), he'll get the majority of touches. I actually think Pittsburgh has great shot here stretching the field. How many times has Miami looked good one week and then laid an egg next week? Buffalo at home here with Manuel looking impressive last week? Washington shouldn't be laying to anyone here. If Dallas can make a high-scoring game, they can cover. Would likely take Minnesota as home-dog here if they can get the running game going. Saints on the road again only getting six points? Is the Saints defense just that bad? Can Atlanta follow up their win over New Orleans with a great showing against Cincy?
Battle of the stinkers with STL in Tampa - who will throw the ball for STL? Monitor this closer. How will Houston respond by a good showing vs Washington? Oakland played well in Carr's first start but kept him along slowly, dinking and dunking. Can the Packers defense put out the Jets? Jets defense looked pretty nice against rookie QB, but what about vs top-three QB in league? How will KC fare after losing two key pieces on defense and Alex Smith looking bad? Almost two TD dogs. Bears didn't cover as TD favorite at home and now they're getting almost that number vs San Fran's defense.
If Philly plays vs Indy the way they did vs the Jags, Luck puts them away late. Will indoors be better for Philly?
