    Jacksonville at Chicago

    In the 1st Preseason Game Chicago beat Philly 34-28...The 4 QB's played well hitting 29 of 44 Passes...44 Passes in 1st Game..(add 32 Rush Attps)...491 Total Off....Fast Tempo..Now Jacksoville has went Over 8 of their Last 11 Games in Preseason..Only the Phiily/New Eng and Tenny/New Orleans games have a Higher Total for All the Games in Week 2...So I see the Over as a Play..
