    My Super Bowl XLVIII Pick

I'm taking the Seattle Seahawks on the moneyline.

I believe their defense is much better than Denver's and like the old saying goes... "Defense wins Super Bowls"

Also, despite Manning having some good stats in a freezing cold game earlier this season at NE, I do believe that he really doesn't like playing in the cold.

I think the game will be close in margin and probably be one of the better Super Bowl's we've seen in quite some time.

Best of luck to Ya'll and I hope you enjoy your SB Sunday!

P.S. Anybody have any good traditional snack recipes they wanna share? :)

good luck. I dont know about traditional but I make this each super bowl...

    pepperoni dip:

slice 1 bag of half dollar sized pepperoni slices into quarters

in a pot-heat 1 package of cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup.

Once its melted, add in pepperoni and stir until it bubbles.

Then bake in a dish at 300 or so for 20 minutes and instant heart attack lol

Get some chicken breast and cut into bite sized pieces. Wrap each bite of chicken in bacon and secure with a half a toothpick. Set these to the side.

Next take 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar and mix it with 2 tablespoons of chili powder.

Take bacon wrapped chicken bites and coat with brown sugar mixture. Grill to sweet perfection.

      Thank me later.
