gotta edit in my record, headed to the stadium:beer2:

    Dolphins/Bills o45

    5 units

Not gonna mess with a side, Bills defense is swiss cheese, but I have a hunch Buffalo comes out firing. Spiller gets 2 tds tonight, he is a prop worth having but I'm keeping it simple. Go Bills!

well, after the first quarter I thought I would be golden.... Bills D pulled a wtf turnaround and played solid. Mario had a game, the D line as a whole played outstanding, and Byrd is a pro bowler. :beer2:

F this losing ****. I have some time this morning for discussion if anyone is around. some thoughts all over the board

Falcons/Cardinals- pissed off playoff bound team off their first loss of the season, vs a team that can't stop anyone from getting to the qb? Could get ugly, the Cards are starting a rookie at LT. Possible hangover from last week's loss for atlanta, and the Cards are off a bye... two factors one might point to as reasons to back the Cards. I just think Atlanta's D shows up big here. Can't back a team I don't give a chance to win su- possible teaser play with ATL.

Philly/Wash- so many ? here. How will Foles respond to his first NFL start on the road? Will the eagles just use basic max protect offensive schemes to try and keep him comfortable? Really how much worse can Foles be? Diminished mobility but if he can protect the ball he will get chances to make big plays vs a weak pass d. Eagles defense pulled a no show last week, but I could see this being a low scoring game. Eagles on the road scored 17, 6, 14, & 13 points this season. Great storylines here with two rookie qbs, but I think I would have to lean home team. Initial lean was to the Eagles but after looking deeper I think Skins/ under are the plays here. The winner of the turnover battle gets the win.

Cincy/KC- Bengals off the home win as a dog vs NYG and KC off ot loss/ats cover. Now KC dogged again at home? double reverse trap of the century. No really I don't know how you could play on the Bengals as a road fave, but why weren't they -2.5/-3? Makes me scared to back the home dog. Looking at the total of 43 I could see this flying over. KC should be able to establish the run early, which opens up everything. I think Cincy will also get theirs but through the passing game. last time KC came back home from b2b road games they lost to SD 37-20. Lean to the Chiefs and bigger lean to the over

Colts/Patriots- leaning towards laying the chalk here. Bad spot situationally for the Colts having to play NE on the second half of b2b road games. Patriots quietly running the ball very well, which makes that offense nearly unstoppable. Maybe if the Colts had a more effective run game, but the Patriots are effective game planning against one dimensional teams. Colts D could be left out on the field too long if the offense can't sustain any drives. Patriots home games have all been closely played, but for some reason I can see this one being a 20+ pt win. Patriots-pts will be a play. Possible team total over but total looks a bit inflated.

the fact that they throw such a big number out there says it all. Burial:thumbs:

Bucs/Panthers- TB as a small road fave- they can't defend the pass but are great vs the run. First meeting was a low scoring affair, wouldn't be surprised to see a down to the wire game. Carolina just can't seem to get out of their own way. Lean over

PHI/WAS - Agree with you on the "how much better will Foles actually be?" as I think there are way too many issues on that team to be able to fix with a QB switch. Philly 1-7-1 ATS this year, and don't see that improving, but not confident enough betting Washington.

GB/DET - Detroit has only won one game in the last, what 10, games vs GB and that was the Aaron Rodgers concussion game. Lots of people on GB here giving Detroit no chance of winning, yet why is the line only three points? pregame has public backed GB at 72% and line hasn't moved.

ARI/ATL - was looking at Arizona because of the small fact that this line likely could be like the HOU/JAX line - well into double-digits - but if I don't have any confidence in the underdog winning SU, I shouldn't take it. Thanks for reminding me on that. Atlanta has some bad defense, but do you see Arizona being able to compromise it?

TB/CAR - I can never cap these small line NFC South games correctly, so I tend to stay away. TB hot, while CAR not, yet game is pick-em?

CLE/DAL - Does anyone else want Weeden to succeed? I know I do, but boy he doesn't have much talent at all. I think Dallas in a let down spot here after last week's win vs Philly.

NYJ/STL - Would like to continue seeing the Jets suck, and like to see St. Louis get better, but I think the Jets have a good matchup here. Me thinks starting Shonn Greene vs the Rams is a good idea for 80+ and a score. However, that crappy line I have (-3.5) isn't good.

IND/NE - agree with the both of you on that one. "OMG IND getting almost ten points?! sign me up." Something Joe Public saying already, and while at 60% now, will prob climb coming kick-off. Talib starting and Chung might be back today, might be just enough for the Pats to hold Luck down enough. I'll be on IND too.

JAX/HOU - such a large line for (does it seem like) an inconsistent team. Houston 8-1 and Jax 1-8 vs spread this season, do you want to lay 15? eek.

CIN/KC - another weird line, and I do like the home dog here but not sure yet. Cincy off a big victory here vs a reeling Giants team. Chiefs. Under is 4-0 in Chiefs last 4 games as a home favorite. Under is 9-0 in Chiefs last 9 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Also under is 5-1 last six in this matchup. Not playing solely on trends, but there are some for you.

NOS/OAK - yeah, I might be the only one on Oakland here, and I'll probably pay for it. 85% of the public cannot believe this line and are taking the Saints as road chalk. Saints needed that goal-line stand to win and the week before the 99 yarder and Philly to go 0-5 in the redzone, Bucs almost beat them except for the Mike Williams TD reception was ruled out of bouds. The Saints defense is BAD!
