Seattle looks like a solid play IMO

Seahawks have been playing some good defense since their bye.

If you look at them quarter by quarter, seattle has only given up more than 7 pts in a quarter twice over the past four weeks. That's 2 of their last 16 quarters the opposition scored more than 7 in the quarter. PRETTY GOOD DEFENSE IMO and a good way to stay competitive.

- coming off their bye they only gave up 6 total points to cleveland. two field goals. One in the second quarter, one in the fourth
- in their loss to cincy (34-13). Cincy took a 10-0 lead after one quarter then seattle's defense settled down nicely, holding cincy in check. the score got out of hand late with a cincy special teams and a defensive td
-two weeks ago they more than held their own against dallas losing 24-13. They gave up 10 points in the fourth quarter. The score was tied 6-6 at the half.
-Last week they took it to Baltimore.

THEY HAVE GIVEN UP 3 points or less in 9 of their last 16 quarters.

SEA +3 looks like a solid play. So does under 39.5. I think Seattle wins this game tomorrow over the rams 17-16

Sea was one of my original plays this week too.

Then I realized that their offensive line is REALLY banged up so now I'm looking at the under.

If you're gonna play the hawks, make sure you read about their line issues. They may have a hard time scoring. Im no Rams fan, but their defense isn't bad when they're healthy.

I can say one thing.. no way do I lay points with Rams here. For me, it's under, seattle or pass.
