Possible letdown spot for Ravens, but I just don't see it. They have already lost two letdown games off big wins this season, so maybe it's dumb to back them here.... just don't see Seattle being able to run successfully vs Balty (which imo is what they would need to do to win).
Chargers are in a must win spot here, and the Raiders are floundering. A banged up McFadden is the icing on the cake for me. If Matthews is out once again I am fine with Tolbert banging out a consistent 3.5 ypc. If Rivers throws picks all day he may get lynched.
Other wagers I'm close to pulling the trigger on...
Giants- could be a popular dog which is scary. Even scarier is the thought of backing Alex Smith vs a team that can get to the passer so well. SF is much improved, but i think an efficient passing team like the Giants could give them trouble. Would like to have Bradshaw back though. Also a lil scared of the Niners running all over the Giants
Buccaneers- Houston laying pts on the road now... Bucs in need of a win and I think Blount gets going this week. Very surprised at the play calling last week vs the saints though. Drawback is once again going against a team that can kill you on the ground.
Titans/Panthers over- If there ever was a week that CJ gets on track, it will be vs the Panthers run D. Titans have been pretty pedestrian on D themselves. The Texans offense put up 34 on them, Pitt put up 38, Cincy put up 24. I would think both get to 23, so over is a likely wager. Only hesitant because of the last Panthers total play, which seems to be the exact moment my NFL wagers really took dive. CJ rushing prop could be a good wager as well, if it's under 90 I probably bite.
