Hate to bring about bad karma but my first post in the NFL forum has to be a correction on a mistake I made.
The the line for my Buffalo pick for Saturday, August 17th is
Buf +1'. My column has it at Buffalo +5'.
No wonder why I liked it so much, the line I thought I had was four points better than the real line.
Mistake happened when I looked at the game underneath Buffalo/Pittsburgh on my screen. I took the Miami line as the Pittsburgh line.
Would I have bought Buffalo at +1'?
No, but I'm stuck with it.
Like I said, it might be bad karma making my first post about a mistake but it would no doubt be WORSE karma if I left a bad line up and didn't correct it!
