MINNESOTA -11 vs. Detroit - Lions Exposed Today IMHO W
Vikings could be 2-0 and will put up big numbers vs. a Detroit 'D' that has allowed an average of 27ppg. The Lions 'O' will struggle against Vikings' 'D' that has only allowed 14ppg and a mere 267 total yards per game. Lions 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games vs. NFC North foes and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games played in week 3. They are also 2-6-2 ATS in their last 10 games vs. Minnesota and lost both games last season against the Vikings by 17 points and 14 points. Vikings prove they are among the NFL's best and blowout the Lions.
NY GIANTS -3 vs. Tennessee - Probably Regret Being a Homer But... L....Eli, worst QB besides Dilfer to ever win a Super Bowl!
The Titans are 4-0 against the Giants since the franchise moved to Tennessee, but QB Vince Young looks to bounce back from a rough performance. Jeff Fisher replaced him with former Giant Kerry Collins in the fourth quarter of a 19-11 loss to Pittsburgh last Sunday. Collins guided the Titans (1-1) to their lone touchdown after Young had two interceptions and a fumble as part of his team's seven turnovers. Young's only game vs. the G-Men was a 249 yards, two passing touchdowns, and 69 yards rushing one TD performance that brought the Titans back from a 21-0 hole for a 24-21 victory.
Former Titan and now Giant LB Keith Bulluck doesn't consider his former team among his favorites. He should play a key role in containing Young and RB Chris Johnson, whose string of 12 straight games with at least 100 was broken last week vs. Pitts.
Giants gets TE Kevin Boss back.....he is a good blocker and poor play by the offensive line was a factor in Eli getting sacked 4x by the Colts.....two of which were fumbles that led to touchdowns Indy TDs.
MIAMI -1.5 vs. NY Jets L.....is Chad Henne really that bad.....
Dolphins lead AFC East with a 2-0 start. Miami vs. the Jets promises to be big on defense as these two have combined to surrender just 44 points first two weeks of the season. The Jets Mark Sanchez had his best ever NFL performance last week vs. the Patriots, but this week the Dolphins will bring the pressure and the game should be low scoring. Home field advantage will make the difference in the end.
