Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!! Win or lose tomorrow it should be a great day of family, good food, and good football. Well ok maybe not "good" football seeing as the matchups are what they are, but at least they'll be thursday games on TV! Save for the giants/broncos :beer2:
Got 2 plays for now, still trying to decide on Cowboys game. Both plays are to win 1 unit.
Packers -11 - Tons of injuries in this game, but I think the Lions are hurt more by them than the Pack. Offensively not having Stafford AND megatron is devastating, I just don't see how the lions will be able to keep up with Rodgers and everybody else. Sure GB's defense is banged up but how much are the lions really going to be able to take advantage of that? Last game was 26-0, I don't expect that much of a beatdown but I a 2 TD victory is likely.
Giants -6 - Both of these teams got off to hot starts but have cooled lately once they started facing off against good teams. I think Orton plays this game all the way through, but I just don't fear him or the running game of Denver. In fact the only Bronco i'd be worried about is Brandon Marshall. I think the Giants have enough weapons to get this done, Manning is a pro and I think he leads his team to victory. In a pick the winner situation I'm going with the Giants.
Back with more possibly tomorrow, good luck everybody and have a great Thanksgiving!!
