Well pick the winner fails in the opening game of the season, lol.
Ironically though, if Hines Ward isn't stripped (of the ball, lol) at the end there, he probably scores and pick the winner works, barring a missed xp.

My thoughts on most of these plays are in the discussion thread. I just don't have the time to retype them all this morning in here.
One game I didn't comment on was Houston in that thread. That is a play I decided to add just this morning, for what it's worth. I am mainly fading Sanchez in his first NFL start, beings that it is on the road. Anyone see that offense against Baltimore's first string defense? Now that was the definition of brutal.
Houston will probably be a letdown again this year, but i'm gonna back them today in a "pick the winner" spot.
I also can't believe people have started jumping on TB. I see no reason for optimism there, but I will not back Dallas as a road fave either, even if it's against lowly TB, because I really don't think they're gonna be any type of force in the NFL this year either, and it's often difficult to know what to expect from either team in their season opener.
Total toss up there to me, and I didn't see any reasoning from anyone who backed either side to compel me to think otherwise, so I just passed.
And next up on ESPN.....Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski and Jon Gruden have a 4 way with Tom Brady, followed by Leodis McKelvin being awarded the stupidest player in the NFL trophy :beerbang:
