I was joking around 2 days ago that the Bills would sign him.... I couldn't believe my eyes today! I like the move, opens up the offense with a no doubt about it #1 wr. Also allows the Bills to (hopefuul) focus on defense in the draft. Gimme cancer

as a Cowboys fan who incessantly defended TO, and I would still to this day ideally, you'll soon sour on him....

I honestly never thought I would. He did everything to help us win. that locker room crap most is exaggerated they act like the 2008 Cowboys are the only team in history to have locker room issues. The problem is no one stands up to this guy. He is a bully. Witten tried, but for someone who had to call his BF Romo days after he was mostly blamed for the Pittsburgh loss... well lets just say I question how manly you are when you cant handle media scrutiny after 3+ years in the league already and you have to call Romo for comfort.

TO does his best in his first years with a team to prove naysayers wrong. He is just a crazy dude. People will continue to bash him and this only drives him more to lose trust or have none at all for anyone which is his fault but it only matters cuz he is gifted physically. His backstory should say it all, crushing on a girl when he was young only to find out she was his half-sister as told by her father to him at the time he didnt realize he was his father... that would screw with anyone.

not an excuse you figure he'd learn by now that he gets paid a lot to play a boys game physical as it may be.

consider the fact (ignore the circus) that when he gets his: 80+ catches, 1000+ yards, 10+ TDs....his team is competitive and in the playoffs. He's not that FAR off.... I mean get him the ball, and you should win. simple as that.

but its not that simple, he is a locker room cancer, and if a team were to have 13+ wins and he happens to have only 40 catches for 400 yards for 3 TDs, he'd still bitch... So dont believe him when he says he just wants to win. Bullshyt. He wants to win and he wants $.

aka Kurt Warner, i never understand athletes who think we respect them more if they deny its about the money and they think we believe them. Instead if you just say its about the $ I would respect you more!!

Ive read various articles about TO, everyone has their opinion on the situation but I think its many things. The fact that he wanted out of SF cuz they wouldnt pay him more, and he torpedoed Philly cuz they wouldnt pick up his 12 mil option, add that to the fact that the first two years he was in Dallas Jones paid him base salaries of 5 mil a year which means if he dont behave in a sense, he dont get paid. Once Jones mistakenly gave him 12 mil i think in guaranteed money part of his 35 3 year deal or so, he started stirring shyt up.

but its a combo of things, having the guaranteed money and being close to the owner (no denying it, jones loves TO, his talent and his media circus he brings), made TO think he was untouchable.

in a sense he was. if he was up against witten only he might still be here. but bw an aging WR and your franchise QB (even if he is overrated IMO), the owner has to and did choose the QB.. Simple as that.

Its a interesting study to see mentally unstable individuals given power through $ and celebrity. Only in America IMO does this stand out. in Sports and Hollywood. There are plenty of crazy people in the world, only in America do you see crazy people wield attention and power cuz of their celebrity status.

the closest thing would be the Royal Family in England in terms of such.

For as much crap as Owens talks, he can back it up.... and I think the Bills needed a loud mouth on offense. Lynch didn't talk to the media for half of last season! I understand how his comments are frustrating to many, but if he produces, he can say whatever he wants. This is the biggest offensive pickup for the Bills in the last 10 years. Just having TO on the field presents problems for teams- Lee Evans could put up monster numbers (he damn well better). A dangerous passing attack will open up the run even more. I'm that much more excited about the draft now :beerbang:

I will definitely be looking for lee evans to be a stand out fantasy receiver this year.

Provided Trent plays like he did the first half of the season. Lee could possibly have his best season to date, but I would be very happy with 80+ catches & 9 tds. I also think that if Lynch drops to 2nd round it's a steal. Now defenders won't have the luxury of stacking the box in short yardage, & Lynch should produce.. I tend to like him over Lee fantasy wise, even with all the controversy.

Still a long way to go, I would expect the Bills to address the D- line in the early rounds of the draft. Personally I want them to grab another lb....
