I completely disagree. They got caught doing what every teams does or has done.

      that is correct............

they are 15-0 and will be 16-0 because they are NASTY..........

I'm an Eagles fan, not a Pats fan, and I can admit that no videotape of the Jets giving signals or any other team giving signals made the Pats 15-0. They are simply an offensive powerhouse that have steamrolled teams. Brady is an amazing QB and leader and this is his first year with multiple weapons and he is proving that.

Quit it with the cheating BS, its old.

        Some local Eagles news.......

Andy Reid said at his news conference he wants to finish this tough year strong and so does his players. So he is keeping the starters in and let them fight for a win.

I dont know if this impacts anybody's decision, just putting it out there.

        Sham........

You have to be kidding. No coach who decides to down the ball every play and LET the other team win would ever get any respect from me.

There's a game to be played. Go out and win it.

easy fellas.... j/k... There's still, no reason for nep to play any starters this game, with risk of injury... Get through this game and get ready for the playoffs... Multiple networks gonna televise this game, doesn't mean I am gonna watch it.... :beer2:

16-0 or rest the players out of fear of injury. It really is a tough call. I wouldn't want to be the one making that decision.

What about teams that are hoping for an early draft pick. Mia has #1 locked. There are a few 3-12 teams that may not play. Atl is favored??? why win. Lock in that draft pick
                If its fun, do it

But the people that would be in the position to affect the draft position are fighting for jobs. The players want to play well for jobs next year. If the players or coach tank the game to get the #1 pick, they likely won't even be there to benefit from the selection...

Forgot Rodgers is out with a hamstring injury. That would leave Nall as the backup to Favre. Jennings is also out (ankle), & fb Hall is out (hip). Woodson hasn't practiced & the whole O-line is banged up for GB. To top it all off, the Lions are now +200. Somebody talk me off.....

Also pretty certain I'll be on the Niners. Call me a sucker, but 12.5 is too much, even with Wienke at the helm.

                        WSH/DAL:

I remember a few years back....BUF hosted PIT in week 17. BUF was playing REAL good, having won a bunch in a row, and needed to win to make the playoffs, while PIT had absolutely nothing to play for.

BUF was a fave of over a TD, and PIT absolutely CRUSHED them....with their backup QB and other second stringers seeing most of the action.

The public jumps all over these fave lines (usually) when a team needing a win is playing one who has nothing to play for, but they're inflated, and REAL BAD plays IMHO

I know this is late, but NYG/NEP:

All I hear is IF NE does this, and IF NE does that. Like NEP can just do what they want with the entire league like the rest of em are little bitches. IF NEP want to win, IF NEP want to win 88-0. etc, etc, etc.

Does everyone forget that the starters played a full 60 mins at BALTIMORE, and they were dominated? If Baltimore's offense didn't suck complete ass, NEP would have been blown out of that game. And, if NEP didn't get zebra help at the end, they STILL would have lost to one of the worst (IMO) teams in the league. Before that, Philly had them beat as well and just fell apart when they had a chance to first put NEP away, and then come back and get the winning score at the end once they fell behind.

A good team they are, no doubt, but it's not like this is USC vs Idaho here where USC could just do as they please and the suck ass Vandals have no choice but to accept complete domination if that's what USC chooses to dish out.

Now yes, NEP ripped up some bad teams at home the last few weeks (NYJ and MIA), but now they travel to NYG.

Lets talk about the G-men. These guys want the win, and no one can tell me otherwise. I'm getting in the neighborhood of 2 TD's?

The pressure of going undefeated is getting to these guys, and it's showing (anyone with half a team could blow out NYJ and MIA!!!)

C'mon. No brainer to me to take the points with NYG. They may or may not win outright, but asking them to keep within 2 TD's at home?? That's value.

Just the way I see it.

I have a list of games I like, some are fading teams with nothing to play with, some riding teams with nothing to play with. I'll post them with a little reasoning, then someone give some reasons why it's a bad idea LoL.

Cowboys+9 & 340- Ultimate letdown spot for the Skins, who have won 2 straight as dogs. They are in with a win, but if they lose along with a Minny loss/Saints win, they're out. The boys don't anything to play for, but even with the backups I would expect a solid defensive game. Coaches like to enter the playoiffs with momentum...... can Brad Johnson hand the ball off?

Jaguars+6.5 & +250- Same kind of logic, Jags can run the ball with whoever, Gray has already seen time, & they still are gonna play D. Jones-Drew & Toefield should stilll move the ball. The Texans have won 3 straight at home (NO, TB, Denver). They have also lost to Tenn. & edged out Miami by 3, so IMO it's worth a shot. I really like this one.

Raiders+8 & 310- Chargers on the road, & with nothing to play for. Russell could light it up, or get destroyed. Have to entertain it.

Rams+6 & ML- Zona nearly lost at home last week to Atlanta for christ's sake! Lot's of playmakers, can't help but lean to the over.....

Jets-6.5- both teams off tough losses, picking the winner I'd say Jets. Sure to be an unpopular favorite.

Dolphins ML- Cincy off a home win, but nearly blew it. Doesn't make them good on the road. 1-6 on the road & they're favored? This will likely be a play.

Det/GB over- Rogers looked pretty good when playing, both teams should be able to move the ball. This is one I would lean to the dog, but maybe the over is the better play.

                            49ers+10 & 425- I have to entertain it. See Niners week 17 2006 if you're wondering why.

Saints-2 as a road fave no less. Bears are 1 dimensional, & if the Saints don't turn the ball over & can stop the run, they'll win. I know those are big ifs......

                            Bills+7.5 & +270- it's the homer in me.

Minny on the road vs. Denver, definition of a public road fave. I want to see if JML is backing them, but **** they've beat the Bears on the road by 3, & beat the Giants & 49ers pretty convincingly. They also lost to Detroit, KC, Dallas & GB. Denver is bad though. Maybe the over.

                            OK go!
Like most of the plays underdog, but too hard to tell this week. Some of the lines are out there.

Really like Dallas +9 as well in a rivalry game. Although I haven't seen Brad make a pass the entire season, I'm pretty sure he's at least capable of doing dumpoffs. Rushing defense should be solid as usual, I see the skins taking this by 3-6 points.

Love the jags on the ML as well. Solid team that is gonna roll into the playoffs in a high note. Although I do believe when they reach New England that they will lose by 20 plus though.

Like the Niners and the points. They may have found a new qb of the future in Shaun Hill. Alex Smith is gonna be no better than Chad Pennington's Noodle Arm after his surgery. I see them ending the season on a very high note.

Also like Miami at home against a very very disappointing Cincy team. What a bunch of wasted talent. Seriously. Lemon can control the game. Although this could end up being a pretty high scoring game/shootout with the lack of defense here.

But anyways, good luck underdog, see you in the playoffs
