is it that hard to find some decent announcers out there? I mean really, the mnf crew is god awful, the old sunday night crew with theisman, mcguire, and patrick, gumball and collinsworth?? These guys are terrible. It's not hard to announce a football game. I bet we could make up some better teams from this here forum than what espn and the others are provding for us. pisses me off i have to watch this **** on mute every other night.

Haha, I heard it. I thought it was pretty funny actually. Wasn't expecting it. The hit wasnt even that flush either, just looked hard.

I'm willing to bet Bryant Dumbel does not frequent urbandictionary much less copy quotes from Stuart Scott.

and if he does...he has problems. LOL

raised catholic and played ball at catholic school... in the old days, when you got baptized, your body was put under water... in football, when you take a guy down hard to the ground, "planted"----->>> the ball carrier has been baptized... :drunk:

I prefer the second definition, re: fellatio:thumbs:

While Gumball is absolutely un-listenable (sure why not)...I really enjoy Chris Collinsworth. He makes insightful comments, speaks his mind, and best of all is quick to correct Gumball's idiotic comments. My favorite was in the 4th Quarter Dallas got the huge P.I. call which wasn't called immediately, the refs talked it over, and about 10 seconds later the flag came out. The commentary went something like:

Gumball : "There's a flag, but this wont be for interference"
Collinsworth : "It will absolutely be interference"

And as Kevin mentioned, listening to that guy is painful.
its my way or the lame way.

                2016 NFL:
                straight up 14-7-1 (+10.9u)
                parlays 0-1 (-1u)
                total: +9.9u
