I don't need to provide a source proving that ST pulled a gun on someone because....guess what? I never made a statement saying that it had been proven in a court of law that ST had done such a thing.
You, on the other hand, have stated that it was "proven in a court of law" that no such weapon was brandished. You further stated that the felony charges were "thrown out" because "it was shown in court that ST was not the one with the gun." These are completely false statements that you have yet to either back up or retract.
Having charges dropped against someone is not synonymous with being "proven innocent," having the charges thrown out by a judge, or any other such nonsense. If Marcia Clark would have dropped the charges against OJ before it went to trial, I suppose that would have meant OJ had been "proven innocent" in the bizarre way in which you apparently view the law.
Again, YOU are the one who has stated he was "proven innocent" while chiding others for not knowing what they are talking about. YOU are the one stating that it was shown IN COURT that he did not brandish the gun. YOU are the one claiming the charges were "thrown out" instead of dropped as part of a plea bargain. YOU are the one claiming that there is "no such thing" of a declaration of innocence in a court of law. Despite your admonition to others to google or to look at the "fuking" public record, you have continuously refused to back up any of these claims (other than a link to a blog which doesn't back up what you claim at all, as well as a link to a paid advocate).
Sorry if by bothering to quote what you, you know, actually said on this forum I am somehow "spinning" things.
