Exactly. No one would have said anything if the Pats werent going for fourth downs against the Skins. Up 38-0 and 45-0 they went for fourth down TWO TIMES. Up 38-0 they went for a 4th and 2 and ran a quarterback sneak and then threw it in the endzone instead of just running it up the middle. Up 45-0 they went for a 4th and 2 close to the 40 and threw it down field. Ever hear of punting the ball or just running the fullback up the middle? Christ, that is why people are making a big deal out of it.

And Nitt, the Cowboys are probably better than the Steelers so there goes that theory.

yeah ... i think our "window" of opportunity has finally closed this was the last year i think for a while. I mean last nights game hurt and we have to win out to have a chance well we are allowed to lose to New England. But I'm not sure if 10-6 is good enough to make the playoffs when we have lost to each division opponent once already and have also lost to the bears and packers in the conference.

yea. I think we let donovan play it out and see what we can get for him after the season. Teams like Chicago, Minn, or maybe Atl would give us a decent draft pick. decent meaning like 3rd round. Then it's rebuild mode.

JMO but I would go the exact opposite. Pitt aint going to pull a NE and keep throwing and Balt is doing nothing on offense except giving Pitt good field position.
