And last week i thought it was more likely to see a

    38-7 game win by pats

max 42-21 if bunch of f'd up scores like kick returns or int returns...

but i did not think a 49-28 game that blew me away..

so i just gonna stick with the over than ever do that again or stay away

in regards to a Patriots game

I heard all this same stuff about Trent Edwards when Losman went down too.

Edwards was a true rookie with no NFL experience, and that worked out ok. Too often (IMO) people fade the unknown, and get a real bad line in doing so.

I mean seriously, the books know Garrard is out. The line is plenty adjusted. They're not giving away a freebee here. They opened the line at +5!! It would have been a pk at the absolute best a week ago....and possibly a real small JAX fave.

It's now down to +3.5 with 62% on TB.

TB just ain't all that great to be laying points (ESPECIALLY not more than a FG) to a team who can flat out shut down what little offense they do have.

This game is SCREAMING JAX or no play.

LOL, just giving my 2 cents. I love JAX this week....completely wrong fave IMO.

AFC over NFC, and I'm getting a dog line as well

I just don't see how anyone could think TB covers -3.5 comfortably, but it's easy to see how JAX could shut TB down and win outright....at least to me.

Edwards really hasn't done much more than Losman would have, IMO...I mean he has a 71 QB rating, thrown one measly TD compared to 4 picks. I would actually have JP back in there. I would suggest it was a weak schedule, good defence and Special Teams by the Bills, and turnovers that have turned the team around, not Trent.

But yeah, maybe the Jax defence/ST does the same thing, and Gray looks good :dunno: we'll see Sunday!

Yeah, ZERO sense, Washingtons schedule of mia, phl, nyg, det, gb, and zona just validates my point. They havent seen anything like NE. IMO their D is no better than Dallas and look what NE did there.

My point its either an Over play with NE or a NO play......

              I see 27-14, worst case scenario. he's getting 36.........

I'm starting to really like TB as well, i'll lay 3.5/4 on that game. Have to look it over again, but that looks like the right side.

You can't see the difference in the Bills offense since Edwards is in?

No, they're not all of a sudden the Colts or the Patriots or something, but seriously, they were flat out pathetic with Losman. It's easy for me to see they are a better offense with Edwards in there, and that he is by FAR a better QB than Losman.

The problem has not been moving the ball, but punching it in the end zone.

You're just looking at stats. They are deceiving. And I never said Edwards turned the team around, just that I heard about 52 million people say they were fading the Bills on MNF because of Edwards. What a silly reason....IMO.

BTW, I don't think Joe Montana, Troy Aikman, Dan Marino, or anyone else could have stepped on the field with the current Buffalo offense and put up superior numbers.

I mean if BUF trades Edwards for Brady or Manning right now, are they all of a sudden a super bowl contender?

Just something else to think about....

I stated: the key is to find the best value!!!!!!!!!

I did not state o36 was bad, I just find better value on u60... Thats it!!!!!!!!!

I could also go on and state: jax +15.5 has better value than tbb +8.5:beer2:

I see the better value in under 60 as well....when you consider the situations.

Bad spot for NE with Indy next week.

WSH has a patchwork offensive line. I can't see them piling the points on offensively.

WSH defends the pass pretty well.

WSH has a great defensive coordinator too. He'll find a way to at least slow NE and keep WSH in the game IMO.

I just don't think everyone should put JP out to pasture yet...I mean he played 2 games against Denver and Pittsburgh...who just happen to be 2nd & 3rd in pass defence...Trent has had easier defences...THAT could be the difference.....and although Trent is a feel-good story, I'm not totally sold on him yet either...I hope he turns out to be a great QB...just like I hope JP continues to grow...

Bad spot for NE? Has there been such a thing this year? Plus they're at home.....

Piling the points? I projected Wash PILING 14 points up........

Defends the pass well? AGAINST WHO???????

Wash has great defensive cord? What a crock of ****.....Wash's defensive coordinator isnt going to be the guy that FIGURES out NE.

You know what, lets put this conversation on hold until Sunday night.....too much silly **** flying around.

By the way HD, i'd take Jax +15.5 over tb +8.5 too. My point dealt with teasing the total of the NE game.

I tend to disagree with you here in that jp was the quarterback last year and they sucked monkey balls... no jp no mcgahee and + te and lynch = better off for bills now and future... IMO
