i was just messing around and i kind of saw something that was interesting.
I was debating taking MIN +7 1/2 in a 6 point teaser. I was going to put it with a game that started after MIN and was close to a TD favorite and the following:
MIN +7 1/2
PIT PK (220/200)
now, what i am really trying to do is win money on MIN. So if MIN loses i lose the MIN bet that i would have lost anyway. But if MIN WINS, then i would play AZ on the ML at +220 for 63/139 and walking away with 139 regardless. i am essentially buying 6 points at -158which is a complete steal. you are essentially getting 4 points free.
i know no one likes to buy points and the whole pick the winner thing. curious what people think.
