Now I will say I like my Storm to repeat as I predicted from the outset they would win it all & have an undefeated playoff run to boot. However no way I am taking them at such low odds. They have had major injury issues every year since they won their first title with the exception being last year. I can't get such low odds on that good fortune repeating although I do think they are the clear cut best team.

However if they slip up, Phoenix at 9-1 has great value as they are the 2nd best team in the West. Yes, I am still not sold on the Sparks. As far as the East goes, the Liberty & Sun look to be the class of the conference. I know the Dream had a good year last year but I am not sold on them repeating their run. As with the Sparks, I'll believe it when I see it. The window for the Fever imo has closed as their main cast are all a year older. They have a great addition in Pohlen who will make some noise in this league if given the opportunity to do so. However that won't be enough to make a legit title run.

I feel hosed on the 1st Q & 1st H overs. These refs ruined the flow from the outset with many ticky-tack foul calls. These two teams put up 75 & this comes with the best player in the world Lauren Jackson only having 3 points! The top scores from each team have not really gotten it going outside of Taurasi who has 14 even while playing limited time due to 3 fouls.

This one should easily sore over 85 in the 2nd H if the refs let them play.

The best team in the league playing on the best home court in the league. They are known for patented runs where things get out of hand. This line is more than capable of covering & the same can be said for their chances of winning the game. Just a note though, I know Agler's style very well. If they are not looking like they will get get the job done by the middle of the quarter, he has zero problem with yanking all the stars out & benching them for the rest of the game. The key to this 2nd H winning is for them to get off to a good start & maintain it for most of the 3rd.
