this game is over but if Orl can handle the damn ball (9 Orl TO to Clev's 1) they can make it a bit more respectable.
the 1stHalves between these teams have consistently outscored their 2ndH outputs by an avg. of 10 points but I'm bucking that trend for this 2ndH. Clev wont let up and Orl will do everything they can to catch 'em.
GL whichever way you go!

thanks UD! It turned out to be a good night (5-1 +11u.)
:beer2:
I dont usually respond to posts on other boards (hell I rarely post my thoughts here and I "live" here) but one thread I saw was titled "Double up your Cavs losses in Game 2" :eyz: and I couldnt resist. After reading how 3 pointers were the reason Orl got "lucky" I fired up a fatty and responded in kind.
What is all this talk about 3 pointers? The Magic attempted 20 threes in this game which is the same amount they avg in the Philly series and the Boston series. (As a matter of fact the Magic avg. 26 per game reg. season and 29 attempts a game vs Cle in the two teams three reg season games.) Of those 20 attempts in game 1 the Magic made 9. That's a little more than 2 threes a quarter. (Cav die-hards may point out that the Magic made 7 of those 9 3 pointers in the 2ndH, but thats still only an avg. of 3 treys a quarter.) Of Orlando's 43 made shots those 9 made 3 pointers constitute 20% of their made shots.
IMO, the Cavs should be much more concerned with matching up with Orlando's "Big Three" (Howard,Turk,Lewis) who scored 67 of their 107 points, grabbed 26 of their 36 boards and also managed to dish out 18 of the teams 32 assists.
Lets not forget Orlando has dominated Cleveland in recent seasons, winning eight of the past 11 meetings.
The Magic are also 3-1 in their last four games in Cleveland -- barely losing that one game at the Q on a controversial three second call on Howard in the final minute.
Note that dating back to the All-Star break last season, these two teams have met five times. Orlando is 4-1 SU, 5-0 ATS in those games, including a 15-point win on the Cavs’ home floor.
Also, the Magic ranked second in the NBA with 27 road victories during the regular season. So far in the playoffs, they have mirrored that success.
Orlando is 15-6 ATS as an underdog this season and the underdog is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings.
"It's also important to note that the Cavaliers are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning pct. above .600."[covers]
Considering all that makes taking the 9 points seems more than justified but GL whichever way you go!
I will add I believe the Cavs will win game 2 but I am favoring the Magic in the series.
Time to switch gears and get my head into tonights game, after another "attitude adjustment" of course.
GL whichever way you go tonight!...toke on...Comment

1 sec away from a 3-3 +1.9 u. night but a spectacular 3 at the buzzer by LJ ruined it all. Sucks but that was the best time I've ever had losing a unit and going 2-4!
What a game! Congrats to Cavs fans!

btw, if you play cards you should check out one of my favorite tourneys at sportsbook.com.
It's a $5 R/A that starts a bit late (everyday at 12 am EST) but there are a lot of fish and the value is great. I spent $15.50 and won 1314.00 for 2nd place. I've never won it before but I have finished 2nd twice, third once, and have made the final table more than a few times.
GL to any of you that give it a go!
just a heads up if you've never played in a R/A (rebuy/addon) two things.
1.be prepared for VERY loose play the first hour. Players often do so in hopes of creating a large stack early.
2.be willing to spend 4x the amount of the buy-in for any R/A tourney. The last place to cash is usually that amout. (ex. in that $5 R/A tourament, be willing to spend $20. Last place(s) (81st-90th) paid 21.)
