Who will finish the 08/09 NBA Season with the most losses?

Pretty easy to say Oklahoma City...but I think they will improve.
So who will have the most losses at the end of the season?

I too think Oklahoma City will improve.

Washington pretty much sucks record wise but i think they'll get it together and improve a bit.

The Clippers have so many injuries right now they'd be my choice to finish last. Baron Davis is hurt, Kaman has a foot problem and Camby is not dependable. Guys in and out of the lineup, too many offensive minded players on the court at the same time and no time to build chemistry with all the mixing and matching of lineups probably means they stink all year. Baron Davis is a stud, but he's fragile and his poor shot selection and low shooting percentage prohibits him from being a hall of fame type point guard.
