Dallas should be fired up here in Game 1 of the playoffs after setting a record last year for the team having the most wins to get dumped in the first round. Mavs are 14-2 ATS as puppies in the playoffs and 16-5 ATS in their last 21 as playoff dogs less than 5 points. Mavs have also been solid this year as dogs 23-9 ATS less than 5 points. This is Chris Paul's first playoff game and he will go up against a playoff veteran in Kidd. I think Kidd has the advantage here due to experience.
