Yeah, Rockets have home court because they finished with a better record than the Jazz. Only reason the Jazz are a better seed is because they won their division.
        Overall Records

Each play is to win the # of units posted unless it's a dog then I'm betting that amount.

JML, Houston finished 55-27, Jazz 54-28! Rockets are seeded lower but have home court

hou has the homecourt, but utah took the season series and is unbeatable at home. 1 win on the road for the jazz and its all over for da rockets. :beer2:

Nice value in Houston for sure then....home court is huge in that one...

Jazz should assuredly win every home game so they just need to get 1 of 4 in Houston, IMHO. I love the Cavs at -120, and JML and UDogg are right, there is no value in the Wizards at +100/-110. I can't bring myself to go against the Spurs until I see them lose. Ginobili always lights up Phoenix like a Christmas Tree and can flat out dominate a game in his own special way. I think a trendy pick will be the Mavs over the Hornets but I think CHris Paul gets it done. Love the Magic over Toronto too. The Raptors played like **** against the Nets last year in the playoffs and UDogg enumerate their road woes in the playoffs.

Obviously no one is playing the Celts/Hawks or Pistons/76ers series though I think Philly played Detroit real tough this season (could be wrong though). The Celts were minus 20K last I saw ah and Pistons -1600 and climbing.

I agree with everything you say, Cuse. Hornets win that....although I think many will be on Dallas...

I really think the Suns take it though...

The NBA playoffs won't be half as good as this Flyers/Caps game I'm watching right now....wow...

If you don't like the Stanley Cup playoffs, then you aren't a "sports fan" in my book. I've been to NFL playoff games, college football games, NBA games(by far THE WORST sport to watch, in person or not), MLB games(playoffs included), the Final Four, among other events, and there is nothing that can compare to an NHL playoff game. Nothing is even close.

I will second that...My Dad has had Red wings season tickets for as long as I have been around...15 rows right behind the wings bench ...Yzermans wife and two daughters used to sit right in front of me during games...Sucks that I live in San Diego now and can't get to the games..Nothing tops an NHL playoff game live the atmoshphere is crazy..I have been to NBA Finals, World Series, The Rose Bowl and Daytona 500 (don't know why I threw that in lol) which is more of a party than anything..

Love the Cavs to win the series, something bout LBJ going out in the first round when he has homecourt just doesn't sound right..Good value with Houston but you all are right, all UTAH has to do is win one road game and it one series and out for T-Mac once again..

I think it all depends on your experiences.

I was at the 2004 ALCS Game 4 when Roberts stole second and Ortiz drove him in.

IMO I can't imagine being in a more electric/intense atmosphere then that.

On the other hand, someone who attended a similar finish in an NHL playoff game would probably say the same thing I'm sure...
