WTF is that supposed to mean? It's not like a good capper always wins!

I mean that the Stiffler is one of the steadiest cappers I ever saw and its unlike him not to hit at least 50% on his bad days and 70-80% when he's hot. It's a compliment to him because it is rare for him to have such a tough stretch like the last few days.
