I don't get the board's consensus to take Washington and the points tonight

Other than the teams' records (Washington 11-10; Miami 6-15), I don't see why everyone is on the Wiz tonight.

Sure the Heat has stunk it up until the last week or so but looking at their recent road trip, they seem to have seriously begun the process of turning their season around.

They should have won that game at Golden State but fell apart at the end and lost but rebounded to beat the Clippers and then the Suns in Phoenix on the second night of a back-to-back.

    Just my thoughts....

1st game back home for the Heat after a long West coast trip. Usually a tough spot. The Heat beat the Clippers (who are plagued with injuries) & the Suns (who they had revenge against). They beat the Rockets @ home, but their other wins have been against the Knicks, Nets & Bobcats. They aren't the team they once were IMO, but everyone keeps expecting them to suddenly play great ball. Maybe they win tonight, but I couldn't justify laying 5.5 with them...
