Thanks akatdrake & srn- let's cash em tonight!

Hawks- just looking at the Hawks 2-4 record, you wouldn't be impressed, but 2-4 IMo is ok for the tough starting schedule they were given. They beat Dallas at home lost by 1 @ Det., beat the Suns at home. road games at NJ & Boston as well- pretty tough start. The Cats played Phx & Houston, but after that nobody too scary. IMO this is a good play from a situational standpoint, as Charlotte's off a blowout win @ home vs. the Heat. Now they have to turn around & play a b2b (3rd in 4) on the road. The last time Char played a b2b Philly beat them 94-63. Pachulia is going to be back @ C, so now Horford will float between C & PF. This gives the Hawks much more depth to face Okeafor, as Marvin Williams is playing well & Horford is avg 10 rebs per game. I'm not sure if Law will get the nod over Lue at pg, but either way I'm not too worried about Felton. JRich can't guard JJohnson either....

Still going through the card- other plays I'm looking into include the Magic (like the under too), Raptors, & Mem/Mil over. Seattle could beat the Heat...

It was actually fan*******tastic. Caught a nice run of cards.... pocket aces 3x & they held up, AK about 6x too. One of those days where a majority of the flops hit me nicely. What do you want from me FF? I live in Buffalo, there's not that much to do, why not stay up till 4 in the morning at the Chesterfield

UDOG - you ever go to Vegas to play caaaaahhhds?

I live in Gainesville, FL where there's not a cardroom for an hour and a half and it's pathetic considering I started playing when I was in college to supplement my income. Now I'm "reduced" to sportsbetting... eek!

I love when AA holds up more than once a session. Do you play online?

                    Thanks Whaley!

akatdrake- Sadly, I've never been to vegas. There's casinos in Niagara Falls, NY & right over the border (45 minute drive for me), so I play in the poker rooms there. I don't play online either, I know it's fairly secure, but I just don't like the idea of playing on the computer for real money. I goof around with play money once in a while, but I much prefer playing people face to face.

I agree Udog - i'm able to profit fairly easy at live 3/6 to 6/12 games, but online i just play for entertainment. I don't have much time to want to grind out four tables of playing ABC poker when I can easily interact, pick up tells and whatnot from juicier games.

                      GL tonight!

Each play is to win the # of units posted unless it's a dog then I'm betting that amount.

Pretty pissed right now as I had nice writeups & my computer decided to get screwy. Shorter versions to come...

Hornets team o98/-3 1stq- This is a strong team- very cohesive, with Paul leading the way. Road wins over LAL, Denver & NJ, with 2 losses coming from SA & Port on a b2b. Pretty impressive overall. This game favors No situationally, as Philly is on the 2nd half of b2b road games. Last night they played well 1sth, but floundered 2ndh, leading to a pretty convincing Dallas win. I don't think Philly will be too focused defensively tonight, & IMO Paul will be able to penetrate vs. Miller. That should open things up for West (who has a big offensive edge over Evans) & Peja. Chandler is avging 10.9 ppg/11.6 rpg, & I look for him to outwork Dalembert underneath for some cleanup buckets. Iquodala gets the offensive edge over Peja, but he leads the team with an avg of 5.1 to per game... between Miller & Iggy, they avg 8.2 turnovers per game. I expect NO to pull ahead early & win comfortably, as they are @ home in a good situation & on another level as a team compared to Philly. I look for them to hit the century mark, hence the team total play over the spread. They have scored over 100 (104 vs. the Kings, 113 vs. the Blazers) in 2 of their 3 home games. The one they didn't was vs. the Spurs, which is understandable....
