    Week 5 NFL DFS Picks

This is a work in progress but here's what Im liking so far...

    Quarterbacks
Alex Smith 5.7K. Raiders defense is horrible and Smith has feasted on them historically. I'm unsure who the stack opportunities are there though as Maclin, Kelce, Conley and Hill all have shots vs. the Raiders

Marcus Mariota 6.1K. Nice value for a dual threat QB going up against one of the NFL's worst defenses.

    Running Backs

Whoever starts for Detroit. The Rams have multiple injuries to their defensive line which led to them getting torn up vs. the Bills last week.

Ezekiel Elliott 7K. The Packers are listed as the leagues best run D but this is a false positive. They haven't played anybody not to mention, their pass D has been so weak that teams have targeted the pass quite a bit so that makes their rushing D stats look good due to the lesser amount of rushing attempts.

Lesean McCoy 6.9K. Surprised his salary was so low. The Bills love to run and SF's defense is PUTRID. Not to mention, Navorro Bowman is out. Did you see David Johnson run throug them last week? Im expecting 30+ fantasy points from McCoy.

Jamal Charles 5K. Coaching staff says he will be sprinkled in but Im calling bs. I bet he gets 20 carries.

Leveon Bell 7.9K: This guy gets so much volume as a runner and receiver but he could easily make 5 x value. One thing that worries me is that Pittsburgh is not quite as good on the road. On the flip side of that Miami's defense may be the worst in the NFL right now.

Carlos Hyde 5.1K: Should get bellcow action making for 4x Value.

    Wide Receivers

Jeremy Maclin 6.3K: Raiders lead the league in points given up to wide receivers. Alex Smith has done really well against Oak in the past. Should be a high scoring game with lots of possessions.

Mike Wallace 5.2K: Flacco is barking about the conservative gameplan and wants to go downfield more. Steve Smith is out and Wallace's targets have gone up. I could see him getting 12 targets this week against a banged up Giants secondary that gives up tons of fantasy points to wide receivers.

Terrell Pryor 6.1K: Titans corners are horrible. Cleve "should" be playing from behind forcing the gameflow to favor the pass. I see a floor here of 21 with upside of 30+.

Alshon Jeffrey 7.1K. Many will zig to Meredith based on last week's performance. Smart players will Zag to Jeffery, who was pissy about how the Bears used him last week. I expect Fox to grease the squeeky wheel here and get Jeffrey 10+ targets in what should be a high scoring game vs. the Jags.

Jarvis Landy 6.8K. He should see 15 targets due to gameflow. I expect Miami to be down and having to pass a ton.

Tyler Lockett 3.6K: Atlanta is one of the worst against the pass. Lockett should see a bunch of targets as Trufant will be blanketing Baldwin. Lockett has had pretty week stats because he has been injured. He is still a huge part of the Seahawks offense when healthy. He has had two weeks off and the coaching staff says he looks good now.

Jeremy Kerley 4K: He should see 10+ targerts due to gameflow. He should easily score 14 points and becomes a super value play if he can get into the endzone. This play is risky with high upside as nobody knows what Kaep is gonna do.

Tavon Austin 3.9K: Gotta take a shot vs. crappy Lions D. Always has a chance of getting a kickoff return TD.

Breshad Perriman 3K . Steve Smith is out. Wallace is banged up. He's got skills. Balt may unleash him. 7 targets would make this a killer play at min. salary.

    Tight Ends
Jimmy Graham 4.9K. Russell Wilson is starting to gel with this guy. I could see him easily putting up 20 points vs. the Atlanta defense.

Delanie Walker 5.5K: did you see what the Patriots tight ends did to them? Walker is Mariotas best receiver. Always his first target in the red zone.

Dennis Pitta 4.3K. Steve Smith is out. Mike Wallace is banged up. Pitta is Flacco's best friend which means they have great chemistry. The Giants D is vulnerable. Great value here.

    Defense:
Bills 3.7k. Square play here. SF sucks, Kaep could be an absolute bust and west coast teams playing on east coast in an early games is always a strong angle.

Titans 3.3K: These guys have great numbers against both the run and the pass.

Ravens 2.6K: NYG look like crap. Eli is playing horrible. Nice value here.
