    When PITTSBURGH played as a Home team - Vs. Right handed pitchers - Vs Non Division Opponent - Coming off a 1 run lost - Coming off a Loss vs. NL EAST opponent O\U = 2-12-2

    When TORONTO played as a -120 to -140 Home Favorite - 2nd game of a series - Total is between 9.5 to 10.0 - Coming off a night game - Coming off a Home win SU = 9-3-0 (not Quite 80% but close enough) & O\U = 1-10-1

    When PHILADELPHIA team played as a Road team - After a division game - During a night game - Scored 3 or more runs FOR in their last game - Coming off a 2 game under SU = 9-2-0
