      got one better...I have spent the last 8 months researching, writing, a business plan, and planning to open a restaraunt. Decided on a Franchise to buy, gone through all the small business loan hoops (Capital one Commercial is Me), ensured all ducks in order. Yesterday I gave the franchise a LARGE sum of money, and today the city notified me my location was in a flight plan range for a nearby air force base and I must either shrink my business from 3000 SQ Ft to 1000 SqFT (no way to make money) or find another location.......I am so F'ing sick to my stomach and :bang: that I am afraid to wager tonight because I am on tilt......
