These two teams are 5th and 6th in the AL for team batting in the 1st Inning against two pitchers who average 1 run for every 3 batters in the first inning. Good contact in the top of the order as both teams are only averaging 1 strikeout every couple of games in the 1st. With the over at 10.5, there's going to be offense. Lean on the MARINERS (-105) as well.

- Not a fishy line with Reyes having past success against SD, but I'm going to continue playing the Padres trend (16-3) of win in game 2 after a game 1 loss. Doesn't hurt to have Peavy on the mound who was clutch in the 2nd half last year. Hope they don't take him into the 100+ pitches unless he's dealing. Padres got a good bullpen with lots of rest, the Cardinals don't. Lean on the UNDER 8 (-105)
