    ***UDoggie's Friday Bases***

    2ndh 91-81-1 +47.87 units

    1sth 252-269-4 +1.22 units

    7-4 +10.94 yesterday.......

    Rats-135/-1.5+155

    gNats-104/-1.5+190

    1 unit each/ 1unit rl

Ptt- a road fade of the Reds...in Belisle's last 3 starts he's allowed 12 err in 14.2 ip. Snell has a 2.84 home era, & in 2 starts vs Cincy has went 14 ip & allowed 3 er.

Nats- Redding has a 2.92 home era, & should get run support today... Kip Wells has a 6.71 era & in his last 4 starts, he's only gone 12.1 ip! During that span, he allowed 10 er. Also thinking about the Nats team total, but I will keep playing the Nats at home until they give me a reason not to.....

        Cubs-138
        Pale Hose team o4-120
        Twinkies-131

        1 to win 4.57 units

        Cubs-1.5+150

        1 unit

Gotta roll with big Z at home... I know he hasn't faced the toughest of teams in his last 5 home starts (Houston 2x, SF, SD, Col) but he's only allowed 3er in 34.2 ip. Very impressive to me. Hernandez has a 3.64 era on the road, but has allowed 21 er in his last 33.1 ip. He has only reached the 6th inning 1x in his last 4 road starts, & I would think the Cubs can get to him today...

Whie Sox team o4- Miller hasn't been able to get past the 5th inning in his last 4 starts. Last time he faced the Sox, he allowed 10 hits, 5 er in 4.2 ip. Doesn't really bode well when you have a shaky pen. IMo a play on the Tigers is hoping you can outslug the Sox, which could be difficult with bad-ass Buehrle on the mound. Dewtroit hit him well last time, but he still has a 2.81 road era, & the pitching edge is a no-brainer. Still considering a straight play on the Sox or team total.....

Twins- Tough call here, but the way the Twins pitching has been, I have to side with them. IMO the line is set right, but gimme Santana at home vs. virtually anyone @-130 & I'm likely to be on it. In his last 5 home starts, he's allowed 11 er in 37 ip. Give him 4 runs & IMO it'll be enough for the win. The Twins are 8-5 at home 2ndh, & Cleveland is 3-7 last 10. Sabathia has a 4.61 road era, & has allowed 19 er in his last 32.2 ip. Won't be playing this straight, but I just had to play Santana @ home.....

Like the Cubbi-Z as well... that Mets lineup shouldn't give him any troubles.

can you explain to me why ATL is intentionally walking Todd Helton to get to Garret Atkins who is one of the hottest hitters in the league in the last 2 weeks......TWICE......
