Playing three teams looking to avoid sweeps...and all three have the pitching advantage, IMO.
A's -109 (Haren) vs Twins
Oakland need this one badly, and will have the AL's best over the first half on the hill, as a pick'em. Haren usually gives up 3 or less, and goes deep...Boof usually gives up 4 or more. Like the A's to avoid the sweep.
Astros +113 (Rodiguez) vs Cubs
Sweep buster mostly because Chicago blows against lefties, and Wandy's been great. Marquis coming off a rocking.
Giants -120 (Lowry) vs Dodgers (Tomko)
This anti-sweep play is mostly a fade of Tomko. He was **** as the Dodgers 5th starter earlier in the year, getting demoted to the pen. How's that gone? He's given up runs in his last 5 relief appearances. On the other side, Lowry's been great, shutting down NYY/ARI/STL for only 1 run in each of those last three starts.
